Parenting for Independence: Hands Off, Support On is an interactive and collaborative 2 hour workshop that equips parents with the tools they need to provide support design to empower middle school through high school students.
Parents learn these must have tips and strategies:
- Improve communication and collaboration with your teen
- Set clear and appropriate expectations to prevent conflict
- Foster executive function autonomy and responsibility to decrease micromanagement
For parents of students grades 6-12
