In this experiential workshop you'll learn some basic self-care tips for caring for your pelvic floor.

Vulva? Vagina? Perineum? Do you know where these structures are, what they do and what their function is? You should! They and many more are involved in one of your everyday functions like pooping and peeing. On average, 1 in 6 people with a uterus did not know where it was and pelvic floor dysfunction affects 24% of people with a uterus.

This would also apply to those with penises, as they are a growing number of people with undisclosed pelvic floor dysfunction. Join Dr. Anietie Ukpe-Wallace of Self-Care Physio in this 2 hour experiential workshop where you will leave with a better understanding of your anatomy and its function as well as learn some basic self-care tips for caring for your pelvic floor.
