Using functional movements & strength training, we prepare people for the demands of labor, pregnancy and motherhood. Our team of amazing Pre/postnatal Exercise Specialists is here to help you have a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery and support you throughout the journey.
OUR STUDIOS HAVE RE-OPENED and we are currently seeing clients in our beautiful, clean, private spaces in Oakland and San Francisco. We are following COVID-19 protocols and offering sessions in our studios with just you and your personal trainer which minimizes exposure. We have great ventilation, there is no shared equipment, and our spaces are regularly sanitized. Temperature checks and health screenings are required before entry and social distance is practiced.
We also offer 1-on-1 training virtually via Zoom if you're not quite ready to join us in studio.
As well as personal training, we offer our members live virtual classes that address a set of common experiences during pregnancy & postpartum. Customized classes maximize your challenge & decrease symptoms/pain (should you have any). As a member, you also have access to a library of on-demand pre-recorded class.
