Fertile Ground Parenting: How to Help Your Children Develop Self-Confidence 3/23
Monday, March 23, 2020 | 6:30–8:30pm
Now on Zoom! (through Natural Resources)
What we say to ourselves and about ourselves and our experiences can elicit feelings of confidence or failure, depending on the tone and words of our inner voice. The inner voice we recognize as adults was developed primarily in our early years of life. Our parents and primary caregivers played a big role in how we came to see ourselves, especially as we faced challenging experiences. This two-hour workshop will offer you tools for supporting kids with:
- Big feelings;
- Difficult experiences;
- Frustrations; and
- Growing up with a grounded, loving inner voice.
