Family Sanity: More support groups for parents of teens & young adults
Family Sanity, a peer to peer support group for parents of young adults who are coping with mental health issues, is now offering two additional monthly meetings for parents of teens. The groups are generally held online via Zoom.
Parents who are familiar with Willows in the Wind, another Bay Area parent support group, will recognize Family Sanity’s new teen group facilitators as they have joined us. Willows, a longtime partner of Family Sanity, closed in December due to founder Jan Rao’s retirement. Jan has passed the baton to Family Sanity.
Next meetings:
February 2 - Parents of Teens (1st Sunday of the month)* In-Person*
February 15 - Parents of Teens (3rd Saturday of the month)
