Crestmont School: Small K-8 Co-op School - Accepting Applications
Looking for a progressive, intimate school environment that uses a hands-on, project-oriented approach?
Crestmont School has limited spaces available for the current 2020-21 school year.
- Our Kindergarten class is now on campus as a half-day camp.
- Our amazing staff members have risen to the occasion and created a distance learning program that is connected and rich.
- With a beautiful large campus and small class sizes, plans are in place for a vibrant, engaging and safe on campus reopening of school. It will include as much outdoor learning as possible with open aired canvas structures being set up to spread out the classrooms in the healthiest of ways.
Crestmont School is a co-operative K-8 school founded in 1969 on the values of social justice, community, and academic excellence. Our founding vision of a strong, diverse community now feels more relevant than ever and our school provides connection and strength for our families. Crestmont children think critically and creatively, developing excellent problem-solving skills.
Our vibrant social justice curriculum gives them the tools to be changemakers. Our small class sizes support differentiated teaching to meet each child’s needs.
We recruit and affirm children, families, and faculty who reflect the diversity of the Bay Area.
Crestmont is located in the Richmond hills near Wildcat Canyon.
