COOK! Programs: Hands-on culinary camp

COOK! Programs offers cooking classes in a commercial kitchen, in Emeryville, to kids ages 9 - 18. These hands-on classes run from 9:00AM - 2:00PM, Mondays - Fridays, starting June 17th, ending August 9th. Each week-long class has a different culinary theme, ALL of them teach basic - advanced culinary techniques, starting with knife skills and safety. We use real equipment, real recipes (and some improv, too!), whole ingredients sourced close to home when possible. Classes are taught by professional chefs in a professional setting.

Kids who come to COOK! camps go home with enough confidence to cook for their friends and families. They gain valuable life skills, make new and lasting friendships, and awaken their palates! Many "picky" eaters find new favorites, and our adventurous eaters will be delighted.
