The Coder School Berkeley: "No School Day" 1-Day Coding Camp

Summer & Holiday Camps
School-Aged, Preteens

Throughout the school year, we recognize there are many "no school" days that aren't holidays for parents. So we've designed a series of "No School Day" 1-Day Coding Camps for families that want something fun and educational for their kids to do on these days off from school.

Pack your child a lunch and drop them off at The Coder School Berkeley for a fun-filled day of coding! Our 1-day camp hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, will include some outdoor time at Live Oak Park in the afternoons and costs $149 for the day. Our first "No School Day" 1-day camps will be on Monday, October 14 from 9 am to 5 pm when Albany Unified, Berkeley Unified and Oakland Unified School Districts have no-student days. Register today for the following 1-Day camps on 10/14:

  • Intro to Coding with Scratch 1-Day Camp (Ages 7-10) - We'll introduce new and novice coders to the cool drag n' drop language Scratch and teach them how to create their own awesome game! Aimed at our newbie and novice coders.
  • Python Startup 1-Day Camp (Ages 10+) - We'll introduce you to Python, one of the most popular coding languages today. Start slowly or code fast, this 1-day camp is for novice or intermediate coders – no Python experience necessary!

We have very limited availability for these camps so if you plan to register, please don't delay! Keep Calm and Code On!
