Claudia L'Amoreaux | Mindful Digital Life: One opening for Mindful Digital Life coaching series for tween/teen
Young people today face formidable forces designed to attract, distract, and hold their attention...how can you as a parent or caregiver step out of the role of policing and help your tween or teenager gain strategies and insight required today to set their own goals and make healthy, informed choices about technology and their attention?
Mindful Digital Life 1:1 coaching supports tweens and teens in mastering the skills and strategies needed today to self-monitor technology use for well-being.
I coach tweens and teens in skills and strategies to:
- investigate what’s working and what’s not in their relationship with technology
- clarify personal and academic goals, evaluate progress, and course correct effectively
- identify attentional, social, and emotional challenges with social media
- understand and manage brain chemistry/technology feedback loops
- strengthen friendships and improve face-to-face relationship skills
- reduce stress and anxiety
- enhance focus and concentration, self-organization, and time management necessary for a mindful digital life today
I currently have an opening in my schedule for an 8-week series with one young person who would like to work with me.
Email or call to schedule a free 30-minute consultation to discuss how I can best support your tween or teen. If you're having conflict with your tween or teen, ask me about my Family Plan that includes 1:1 support for parents and caregivers. If you're trying to close a gap in approach or just clarify your goals with partners or co-parents, I offer a Proactive Parents series of 1:1 sessions.
(Weekly sessions are 45–50 minutes long).
