Chime Postpartum & Chime for Parents Workshops: 2 Spots still open in Postpartum Group starting 9/30!

Chime Postpartum - a DIVERSE, engaging group for 1st, 2nd, or 7th time mamas ;) (with babies 6 months or younger) will start this coming Monday 9/30 in-person in the lovely living room/garden space at Moonlanding Meditative Arts on Grand Ave in Oakland.  A few spots left! 

Also space still open in Chime for Parents (of any age kids) 6 week workshop starting on Zoom on October 1st, Tuesdays from 12-1:15pm! Come gain tools, have some real talk, laugh, cry, and learn to manage your own wild parenting mind while hearing the facilitator’s own parenting bloopers to lift your mood and inspire your own growth and self-acceptance!
