Berkeley Rose Waldorf School: Parenting 0-9y Right Now: Navigating Uncertain Times

Parent Classes, Workshops & Groups

Parenting in this very moment demands a lot of ingenuity, flexibility, and compassion, both for your children and for yourself. Bonnie Romanow, veteran educator trained in RIE® and Waldorf Education, with years of experience serving Marin and as an early childhood mental health consultant and parent educator, will lead discussions each week which address the needs of parents during this pandemic. Your particular concerns and circumstances, ages of your children and the issues and behaviors you are currently witnessing are what Bonnie seeks to hold and support you with. She will query you upon registration to learn what you'd like to take from this type of supported conversation.

Each of four weeks, the group will dive into a particular topic, with room for sharing and questions by the group. The group is best suited for parents of children ages 0-9 years due to the nature of their development and common concerns.

Classes are offered Tuesday nights, from 7pm to 8:30 pm. July 14, 21, 28 and August 4th. Classes will be recorded, so you can vacation freely, and return to them when you have time. $60 for all four classes. The group will have the option to continue with the class after the four sessions complete, if there is interest to do so. Register here.
