Berkeley Rose Waldorf School: Mothering Circle Begins 5 week session March 18

Parent Classes, Workshops & Groups
Babies, Adults

A Mothering Circle is a place where all mothers, their babies, and wise women can come together with the intention to embrace sisterhood, support and self-care. All mothers are welcome, as well as babies one year old and younger. This shorter session runs March 18-April 15, five Mondays from 1-3 pm.

Held at Berkeley Rose Waldorf School, 2515 Hillegass Avenue, Berkeley.

Over the course of our time together, we will get to know each other and immerse ourselves in topics that are balanced between caring for ourselves, our children, our homes and our families.

The class includes: time to take care of YOU; and opening meditation; personal check-ins, shares and journaling; social time to connect with other mamas; the feeling of being nurtured and honored.

Visiting wise women will speak on some of the following topics: nourishing meals; nurturing your family's health; the importance of warmth; celebrating the seasons; stress relief in nature; caring for your postpartum body; a simple yoga practice.
