Anna Griffin CPR: Infant/Child CPR in Spanish
Now offering the Infant and Child CPR class in both Spanish (November 29) and English (December 13).
Perfect for parents, grandparents and babysitters, this zoom-based CPR training will prepare you to react quickly and competently in an emergency.
Learn prevention and rescue techniques for choking, drowning, poisoning, suffocation and electric shock in babies and children up to age twelve. Using realistic, home-based exercises, we focus on building your skills and confidence as a rescuer.
This is a bring-your-own-doll training. You will need access (creativity encouraged!) to a teddy bear, stuffed animal, or any other baby-sized toy that can be compressed. Handouts and individual feedback provided.
Cost is $40.00 a person. Discount for MediCal and Alameda Alliance members.

Anna Griffin, EMT keeps her trainings fun and lively, with realistic scenarios and lots of hands-on practice. Instructor certified by the Heart Association, the American Red Cross and EMS Safety, she teaches both medical professionals (at Washington Hospital in Fremont) and the general public, including eight years teaching Infant CPR classes at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center.
Private classes also available for families or neighborhood groups.
