AFS Intercultural Programs: Host Family for Tunisian Exchange Student
AFS Intercultural Programs has an immediate hosting opportunity for Adam from Tunisia at Woodside High School from now until June.
Meet Adam, an incredibly well-rounded young man from Tunisia who dreams of becoming a computer engineer one day. He has a strong passion for photography and loves snapping interesting pictures with his phone. He is a creative man who enjoys writing poetry and playing both guitar and piano. Adam also has an athletic side and loves to play rugby and go swimming and jogging. He is excited to join after school clubs in the U.S. and to learn to play baseball and football. He is close to his parents and little brother and is responsible for taking care of him. Adam is already enrolled at Woodside High School and is participating in the following: Varsity Football, French and Octagon Clubs.
Hosting an exchange student is a great opportunity for cultural exchange! Please contact me at (707) 338.8069 or rcyphers [at] afsusa.org for more information or questions.
AFS Intercultural Programs is a non-profit organization that provides international student exchange programs for approximately 2,200 foreign exchange students coming to the U.S. each year. We match each student to a host family in a local American community, where the student will attend high school during the academic year. We offer great support to students and host families before, during and after their experience!
